The Vistas Village



The Vistas Village is an 815 acre residential village with single and multi family neighborhoods. The Vistas Village was the first village to take shape within Summerlin’s western region located next to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

The Vistas Development commenced in 2000 by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

Vista Commons is a 13 acre, 100,000 plus square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Albertsons.  There are several restaurants located side by side to offer residents a variety of food choices.  The Herbst Auto Center is complete with a car wash, convenience store, and gas station. 

Parks & Recreation

The Vistas Community Park - 20 plus acre park featuring a lighted football field, lighted baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, group picnic pavilion and children play areas. The park’s second phase adds a 6,500 community center and swimming and wading pools. Two 7 acre parks, North Tower Park and South Tower Park, feature children’s play areas, picnic areas, and open play fields.
